Duck and Sausage Gumbo

Details

Our Gumbo is made from a thick, rich roux that blends a mélange of fresh herbs and spices.  Onions, bell peppers, and celery are slowly sautéed until tender and sweet.  This hearty dish is loaded with slow cooked duck, andouille, and beef sausage, a delicious Louisiana delicacy. 

Preparation

Lift lid and heat in the microwave in thirty second intervals stirring occasionally until desired temperature is reached.

Duck, sausage (pork and beef), butter (contains milk), chicken broth, wheat flour (contains wheat), white rice, onions, bell pepper, celery, okra, seasonings, salt, pepper, herbs
